Refund Policy

We sell an honest verdict. Our refund policy is built the same way: if we haven't done the work, you get your money back, and if the work doesn't deliver what we promised, we make it right.

Before we begin

If you cancel before we start the audit, which means before you have granted access or sent the information we need, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us.

After we've started, before delivery

If you cancel after we have begun but before we deliver the report, we will refund the portion of the fee for work not yet completed. We will tell you plainly what that amount is.

After delivery

Because an audit is a custom report built specifically for you, it cannot be returned once delivered, so sales are final at that point. We stand behind the work with one promise: if the delivered audit does not give you a clear verdict across the channels you paid for, tell us within 7 days. We will revise it, or if we cannot get it right, refund you. We would rather fix the work or return your money than have you feel you wasted it.

How to request a refund

Email support@agencyrater.com with the email address you used at purchase and a short note on what happened. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and the timing after that depends on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. We will almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute, and we would rather hear from you directly.
