AgencyRater is operated by Taken Digital ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because our practices are simple.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a free teardown, we collect your work email, store URL, and any optional details you enter. When you purchase an audit, our payment processor collects the information needed to complete payment.
- Account access you grant. If you buy an audit, you provide read-only access to your marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, your SMS platform, and your agency's reports). We use this only to perform the audit, and we remove our access once the audit is delivered.
- Basic usage data. Standard information your browser sends when you visit, used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To deliver the teardown or audit you requested.
- To contact you about your request and the resulting report.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the service: Klaviyo for email capture and delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide their service to us.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your account data with any agency or third party beyond the providers above. Your data is never used to benefit a third party.
Data retention
We keep teardown and audit records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Read-only platform access is revoked as soon as your audit is delivered. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
